MPO/MTP cassettes, high-density patch panels, trunks, LC patch cords, ODF and cabinets for data centers, carrier rooms and enterprise networks.
Most projects buy cassettes, panels, trunks, LC patch cords, ODF and cabinets together. Send us your bill of materials and we return one spec sheet and one quote for the complete link, with polarity and connector gender checked end to end.
Patching
12-fiber (6 × LC duplex) and 24-fiber (12 × LC duplex) modules, LC side in UPC or APC.
Backbone
MPO-12 and multi-MPO trunks between racks, rows and rooms, built to length. Single-mode in G.652.D or G.657.A2.
Equipment
Single-mode LC/UPC and LC/APC duplex cords from cassette to equipment, including G.657.A2 bend-insensitive fiber.
Equipment room
96-fiber ODF units and 42U cabinets, quoted together with the cabling.
Used in AI and cloud data centers, carrier equipment rooms, enterprise server rooms and campus networks.
A 24-fiber cassette breaks one MPO link out to 12 LC duplex ports. Four cassettes fit a 1U panel, for 96 LC fibers per rack unit.

| Item | What to specify | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Cassette | Fiber count, LC side UPC or APC, MPO gender, polarity | 12-fiber, 6 × LC/APC duplex, male MPO, Type A |
| Patch panel | Ports per panel, height, front or rear access, insertion loss and return loss limits | 72 LC fibers, 1U, front and rear access, LC IL ≤ 0.25 dB, MPO IL ≤ 0.75 dB, RL ≥ 55 dB |
| Trunk | MPO count per end, gender, polarity, length, jacket | MPO-12 female to MPO-12 female, Type A, 30 m, LSZH |
| LC patch cord | Polish on each end, cable diameter, length | LC/UPC to LC/UPC duplex, 3.0 mm, 3 m |
| ODF / cabinet | Fiber count per ODF, cabinet height and depth | 96-fiber ODF, 42U cabinet |
| Fiber | Single-mode type or multimode grade | OS2 (G.652.D or bend-insensitive G.657.A1/A2), OM3, OM4 |

In TIA-568 Method A, use an A-to-B (crossed) duplex patch cord at one end of the link and an A-to-A (straight) duplex patch cord at the other end, so each transmitter meets a receiver. Tell us your polarity method and we check it on the spec sheet.
The usual arrangement is a pinned (male) MPO port on the cassette and unpinned (female) connectors on both ends of the trunk. Two pinned or two unpinned connectors should not be mated directly.
Match your equipment and existing patch cords. APC (green) has higher return loss and is common on single-mode PON and reflection-sensitive links; UPC (blue) is used on most Ethernet equipment. One project can use both.
G.657.A2 tolerates a much tighter bend radius, which helps inside cabinets and dense patch panels. It splices and mates with G.652.D fiber.
Yes. Send the full bill of materials and we quote the system as one package, with one spec sheet.
Tell us the fiber count, length and connector. Candy, our fiber specialist, reviews every request.
