Return and Refund Policy

At Abptel, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your products to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized items.

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive your returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that any items returned for reasons other than a defect or error in order may incur a restocking fee.
