Return and Refund Policy
What to do if a product is not right.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it to start a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Custom products
Products made to your specification, such as custom lengths, fiber counts, labeling or vendor coding, cannot be returned unless they do not match the specification we confirmed for your order.
If a product does not match the specification
Contact us at candy@abptel.com with your order number, photos and any test results. We will review the case with you and agree on a replacement, repair or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive the returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable. Items returned for reasons other than a defect or an error in the order may be charged a restocking fee.
