Our Verification Workflow
1. Requirement Review
Before quotation, we identify the parameters that affect product selection and testing:

- Cable length, fiber count, jacket, and labeling
- Host platform or equipment model when compatibility matters
- Quantity, destination, and requested documentation
Missing parameters are marked for confirmation. They are not silently assumed.
2. Product and Configuration Confirmation
The confirmed specification is used as the reference for manufacturing or supply coordination. For configurable products, the order record may include connector mapping, breakout arrangement, polarity, labeling, packaging, and compatibility requirements.
3. Pre-Shipment Check
The inspection scope depends on the product and the agreed order requirements. Typical checks may include:
- Product model and quantity
- Connector and interface configuration
- Cable length and labeling
- Visual condition and packaging
- Polarity or channel mapping where applicable
- Optical or electrical test items agreed for the order
ABPTEL does not present every possible test as a universal standard for every product.
4. Documentation and Shipment Coordination
Available documentation depends on the product, supplier, configuration, and order agreement. It may include a datasheet, test record, compatibility note, product label, or inspection photo. Buyers who require a specific report format should include that requirement before quotation.

What Buyers Should Confirm Before an RFQ

- Host equipment model for compatibility-sensitive products
- Required test record, inspection photo, or document format
- Destination country and required delivery schedule
This reduces specification changes after quotation and makes the verification scope clear before production or procurement starts.
What We Do Not Assume
- A certification for one product automatically applies to every product.
- A transceiver, AOC, or DAC is compatible without the host model being confirmed.
- A standard lead time applies before configuration and quantity are known.
- Every order uses the same test method or documentation format.
- A marketing specification replaces the buyer’s approved order specification.
