Description
The ABPTEL QSFP-100G-ER4 optical transceiver module is engineered for 100Gb/s Ethernet applications, delivering reliable, long-distance transmission up to 40 kilometers over single-mode fiber (SMF).
Fully compliant with the 100GBASE-ER4 Lite standard, the module converts four lanes of 25Gb/s electrical signals into four LAN-WDM optical signals, which are then multiplexed into a single 100Gb/s optical channel. On the receiver side, it performs the reverse process, demultiplexing the 100Gb/s input into four 25Gb/s electrical channels.
Operating at a 1310nm wavelength and equipped with duplex LC connectors, the QSFP28-100G-ER4 module offers exceptional optical performance and energy efficiency, with ≤4.5W power consumption. It integrates Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM/DOM) for real-time monitoring of parameters such as temperature, optical power, and voltage, enhancing network reliability.
This module is an ideal solution for metro networks, wide area networks (WANs), telecom backbones, and large-scale data centers, requiring long-haul high-speed interconnects.
