Description
The ABPTEL 800G-OSFP-2SR4 is an eight-channel, pluggable, parallel fiber-optic transceiver designed for 800 Gigabit Ethernet applications. This high-performance module is optimized for short-reach interconnects within data centers, HPC systems, and AI clusters, providing both high speed and reliability.
Operating at 8×106.25Gb/s PAM4, the module achieves a total data rate of 850Gbps and supports transmission distances up to 70m over OM3 and 100m over OM4 multimode fiber (MMF). Utilizing 850nm VCSEL transmitters and PD receivers, it ensures low power consumption (≤16W) and stable optical performance.
Featuring a dual MPO-12 APC connector and full compliance with OSFP MSA, CMIS 5.1, and RoHS standards, the ABPTEL 800G 2xSR4 module provides seamless integration for AI computing, InfiniBand NDR, cloud-scale data centers, and 800G Ethernet environments.
