Description
The ABPTEL 400G-QDD-ER4 is a high-performance, extended-reach optical transceiver module designed for 400 Gigabit Ethernet applications. Operating in the QSFP-DD form factor, it supports data rates of up to 425Gbps and provides reliable transmission over 40km single-mode fiber (SMF).
This module leverages 1310nm LWDM EML transmitters and SOA-PIN receivers, enabling superior optical performance with low bit error ratio. Featuring a duplex LC interface and supporting 8×53.125Gb/s PAM4 electrical modulation and 4×106.25Gb/s PAM4 optical modulation, the ABPTEL 400G ER4 ensures seamless long-distance connectivity.
With power consumption of ≤10W and compliance to QSFP-DD MSA, IEEE 802.3bs, CMIS4.0, and RoHS standards, it is optimized for data center interconnect (DCI), enterprise backbones, and telecom networks requiring extended 400G reach.
